Download and complete the registration form and submit with your tuition and registration fee ($25 annual) payable to "Belle Ballet" by one of the following options:
1. Mail to Belle Ballet, 402 N. Main St. #340, Stillwater, MN., 55082.
2. Drop at the studio during business hours or leave in the drop box alongside the studio entry.
3. Submit your form as an email attachment to and we will invoice you online. Please purchase class cards online (for adult ballet offerings.)
Annual registration fee is $25 for an individual and $40 for a family.
All classes will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Please be aware that tuition is not refundable.
Classes without six students registered will be cancelled. Schedules are subject to change.
